TENDER NOTICE

1.       BACKGROUND

FH Kenya is an International Christian Non-Governmental Organization, working in partnership with the Government of Kenya and other development partners in response to God’s call to end physical and spiritual hungers worldwide.

FHK Kenya in partnership with Millennium Water Alliance is currently implementing a two year ‘Kenya Arid Lands Disaster Risk Reduction - Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene Program’ funded by USAID in Isiolo and Marsabit Counties. Under the same project, FH Kenya is inviting interested bidders for the following works:

2.       SCOPE OF WORK

Details, design, drawings and Bill of quantities are available from our offices.

3.       QUALIFICATION

Interested supplier must:

a)      Be legally registered with NCA and other relevant government Authorities.

b)      Provide evidence of technical and financial ability to provide quality service related to this job.

c)       Certificate of registration/incorporation.

d)      Tax Compliance certificate.

Interested and eligible suppliers may obtain complete tender document and/or further information with a non-refundable fee of Kshs 3,000 from the FH Kenya Nairobi office, Life Ministry Center, 3rd Floor, Hurlinghum.

Completed tender documents in sealed plain envelope and clearly indicating the tender No. should be addressed to;

AND

Deposited in the tender box located in FH Kenya, FH Kenya, Nairobi office, Life ministry Centre 3rd Floor, Jabavu road, Adjacent Kilimani Police station, so as to reach on or before the closing date of 12th September 2014 at 2.00 pm.

Tender document will be opened immediately after.
