ADVERTISEMENT FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES

Act Change Transform (Act!), a leading Kenyan Non-Governmental Organization implementing a 4 year Natural Resources Management Programme in Kenya that is supported by the Governments of Sweden and the Department of International Development.  The programme branded Changieni  Rasili-Mali  (CRM)  Facility applies grant making, capacity development, networking and advocacy approaches to support Non State Actors (NSAs) in the environment and natural resources sectors to improve NSAs capacity; hence citizen’s voice; and promote communities participation in governance and management of natural resources in Kenya.
CRM Facility is anchored within Act!’s Environment  and  Natural  Resources Management platform. The Government of Sweden competitively selected Act! as the Facility manager to host and manage the Facility due to its strategic fit, Its past experience in the areas of environment and natural resources, democracy and human rights, livelihood support to communities and renowned capacity in grants management and capacity development of CSOs, private sectors and networks as well as working with Government department and agencies.
We are looking for competent consultant(s) to undertake End Term Evaluation for Projects under the   Changieni Rasilimali Facility. Full version of the Terms of Reference is accessible from our website on the link: www.act.or.ke/jobs/   
Interested and qualified consultants/ consultancy firms are requested to submit proposal to Act! detailing the methodology purposed out the tasks identified above, a clear work plan, consultant’s level of experience, detailed CV and /or firm profile, and professional fees. In addition, at least 3 references of similar assignments you have successfully undertaken in the last 2-3 years. All proposals should be submitted electronically in PDF format to hr.admin@act.or.ke quoting the assignment’s reference number ACT-ETE-09-2014.
