Sealed proposals are invited from reputed Hotels who are duly registered with the Government of Kenya, have Valid Registration and Tax Compliance Certificates for establishment of one year Frame Agreement with possibility of extension for a further year for provision of Hotel Services to UNHCR Representation in Kenya:

Only those Hotels who can meet UNHCR’s requirement (specifications, quality, delivery, payment terms etc) need to apply.

UNHCR reserves the right to reject part or whole offers without assigning any reason whatsoever and will not be obliged to select the lowest offer.
