TENDER NOTICE

PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR 2014-2016 FINANCIAL YEARS
Tourism Fund intends to undertake a comprehensive update of its register of suppliers for various goods, works and services for the Financial Years 2014-2016. Interested eligible suppliers are invited to apply for pre-qualification, indicating the category of goods, works or services they wish to supply. Existing suppliers who wish to be retained must also re-apply and re-submit up to date information requested in the pre-qualification document.

NOTE:
      I.        Special groups: include youth, women and Persons with disability who have been duly registered with the National Treasury (Directorate of Procurement). They must show Proof of registration by providing the certificate of Registration.
    II.        Open: Open to all Bidders
Interested candidates may obtain Pre-qualification/Registration of suppliers’ documents from the Procurement office situated on 5th Floor, NHIF Building, Ragati Road, Parking Tower, Nairobi , during working hours (8.00am-12.30pm and 2.00p.m- 4.00pm) upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Kshs. 1,000.00 (One Thousand) per document; per category.
Completed pre-qualification documents in plain sealed envelopes indicating the title of the tender, tender number & category should be placed in separate envelopes & clearly marked on the envelope as below (please note, each category will be submitted in a separate envelope) PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS 2014-2016

Tourism Fund reserves the right to accept or Reject any application either wholly or in part and is not bound to give reasons for its decision or bind itself to any supplier.
