Prequalification documents are FREE OF CHARGE.

Tender documents will be charged Kshs. 1000.00 per document. Download of tender documents from our website is free of charge.

Complete tender and prequalification documentswith the detailed information may be obtained from the Procurement Office at our premises, Mikindani Street, off Nkuruma Rd, Mombasa during office working hours.

Tender & Prequalification documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with Tender or Category No. and description should be addressed be addressed and posted to:

Or be deposited in the Tender Box located outside the Managing Director’s office, on

1.    For Tender documents --Wednesday, August 6, 2014 on or before 11.00am

2.    For Prequalification – Friday, August 8, 2014 on or before11.00am

Tenders/Prequalification documents will be opened immediately thereafter at the company’s boardroom in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend. Tenders and Prequalification documents submitted after the closing date & time will be rejected.

Mombasa Water reserves the right to accept or reject any submitted document in whole or part and does not bide itself to give any reason for its action.
