USAID – AFYAINFO PROCUREMENT OF ICT EQUIPMENT AND
LAN INSTALLATION

The Afyainfo
project, funded by the United States Agency for International Development
(USAID) and implemented by Abt Associates, invites interested and qualifying
vendors to submit quotations for the Acquisition, deployment and installation
of ICT infrastructure, hardware and software. Afyainfo project is working in
partnership with the Government of Kenya (GoK), MOH to develop an integrated
Health Information System (HIS) into one unified system that is able to
efficiently manage health information across all levels of the health sector,
from communities, facility, county and national.
Bidding
companies must comply with the following conditions:

Previous
experience in supplying IT equipment and L AN installation to NGOs, and Government
Ministries.
·
Known
suppliers of genuine IT equipment hardware and software.
·
Must
be a registered legal business entity.
The RFP
documents will be provided on email. Interested vendors should send an email to
procurement@afyainfo.org expressing
their interest in receiving the RFP document.
Bid proposals
and qualification documents should be submitted to:

The deadline
for submission is 11th August 2014 by
2pm.
The bidding
