PURCHASE OF CLEAN
LAND FOR DEVELOPMENT OF RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL UNITS

A renowned
organization in Kenya is interested in the outright purchase of clean land for
development of high class residential/commercial premises in County Government
of Machakos and Kajiado. The Expression of Interest (EOI) is issued and all
those property owners with available land in suitable locations in Machakos and
Kajiado County to submit their offers.
The offers
MUST meet the following minimum requirements:
(i) Size: Minimum 10 acres and maximum of 40 acres,
single plot and /or adjacent plots
(ii) Lease Period:
Freehold lease or at least 40 years and above
(iii) Location: Machakos County, fronting Mombasa Road or within
3 kilometres along Mombasa Road, from Mlolongo to Lukenya Hills and in Kajiado
County, fronting Namanga Road, from Kitengela to Isinya
(iv) Rent
and Rates: Fully paid
(v) Ownership:
Clean title
(vi) Encumbrance: No encumbrances
Interested
parties (Property owners and Property Agents - with written mandate to sell on
behalf) are required to submit technical details of the
Property to
