INVITATION FOR TENDER

TENDER NO - KCG/EDU/ 001/ 2014-2015- SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ASSORTED MACHINES, TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT FOR POLYTECHNICS IN KIAMBU COUNTY GOVERNMENT

The County Government of Kiambu hereby invites sealed bids from bidders who are technically and financially capable to supply the above mentioned machines, tools and equipment. Tender documents with detailed specifications & conditions are obtainable at the Temporary County Headquarters, (Thika Sub-County) Town hall, Kenyatta Highway, Thika, Ground floor room 15B during normal working hours from Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 4.00 pm. Upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings One Thousand Shillings only (KShs. 1,000/=) per tender document in the form of cash or bankers cheque made payable to the county government of Kiambu.

Completed bid documents in plain sealed envelopes bearing no indication of the name of the firm bidding with the Tender Number and Name clearly marked on top should be deposited in the Tender Box located at the ground floor just outside room 15B Town Hall, THIKA or if by post to be addressed to:-

So as to reach him not later than 10.00 am on Tuesday, 26th September 2014 at which time the bid documents will be publicly opened at the County chambers Thika in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.
