TENDER NOTICE

TENDER No. KeNHA/885/2014 FOR PROVISION OF MOTOR VEHICLE INSURANCE BROKERAGE SERVICES

The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) is a State Corporation established under the Kenya Roads Act, 2007 with the responsibility for the management, development, rehabilitation and maintenance of national roads. The Authority invites bids from eligible bidders for the provision of Motor vehicle Insurance Brokerage Services for the period of two years.

Interested candidates may inspect the respective bid documents from the Procurement Office, Kenya National Highways Authority Headquarters, on the Ground Floor, Blue Shield Towers, Hospital Road, Upper Hill, and Nairobi during normal working hours.

A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of non-refundable fees of Kshs. 1,000.00 (One thousand only) in form of banker’s cheque only payable to Kenya National Highways Authority. Alternatively, tender documents may be obtained free of charge by downloading from KeNHA website: www.kenha.co.ke .

Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for (90) days from the respective closing date of the tender.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number and name and be deposited in the Tender Box at Blue Shield Towers, mezzanine floor, Hospital Road, Nairobi so as to be received on or before Tuesday 16th September, 2014 at 11.00 am

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates representatives who choose to attend at the Boardroom, Blue Shield Towers, 3rd Floor, Hospital Road, Nairobi.
