INVITATION TO TENDER

The National Drought Management Authority (NDMA) is a statutory body established under the State Corporations Act (CAP 446) of the Laws of Kenya through Legal Notice Number 171 of November 24th, 2011. The Legal Notice gives NDMA the mandate to establish mechanisms which ensure that drought does not become famine and that impacts of climate change are sufficiently mitigated.

The NDMA invites tenders from interested bidders for provision of the following:

Any additional information or clarifications will be published on both websites. Interested candidates who wish to participate in the tenders are required to register their email addresses at supplychain@ndma.go.ke .

Completed tender documents should be delivered in plain sealed envelope clearly marked with tender reference number and deposited in the Tender Box at 8th Floor, Lonrho House, Standard Street or be addressed to:

Tenders will be opened at 11.00am in the NDMA Boardroom on 17th Floor, Lornho House, Nairobi, in the presence of the candidates or their representatives who choose to attend.
