INVITATION TO TENDER

Kenya Forest Service invites interested and eligible firms to tender for the followings:-

A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs 1,000.00 for each tender at the cash office situated at KFS HQS, payable in cash or bankers cheque to the Director 8 KFS. Bids submitted shall be valid for 90 days after submission. Bidders can also download the same from KFS website www.kenyaforestservice.org

The completed bids in plain sealed envelope marked with respective tender reference number and tender name, should be deposited into the Tender Box located at the Reception Area, KFS Headquarter, Off Kiambu Road, Karura P.O. Box 30513-00100, Nairobi on or before 12.00 noon on 29th September, 2014.

The tenders shall be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of bidders’representatives who wish to attend in KFS main Board Room on the above stated date.
