The Government of Kenya has received financing from
the World Bank toward the cost of the Judicial Performance Improvement
Project (JPIP), and intends to apply part of
the proceeds toward payments under the consultancy services.
The purpose of the customer satisfaction survey is to
establish the satisfaction levels of the Judiciary’s customers, and assess the
customers’ perception of the level and quality of service delivery. While the
objective of employee satisfaction and work environment survey is to understand
employee morale, how employees perceive the workplace, assess teamwork and
management activities.
The Judiciary now invites eligible Consulting Firms to
indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants
should provide information demonstrating that they have the required
qualifications, capacity and relevant experience to perform the services. The
short listing criteria are, the Consultant Firm should have at least 10 years’
experience in provision of similar services; and the firm should demonstrate
that it has carried out at least two similar assignments in Kenya or in any
African country.

published in January, 2011 “Consultant Guidelines”, setting forth the World
