INVITATION TO TENDER

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE FORMULATION OF ORGANIZATION POLICIES AND PROCEDURE MANUALS - (REF NO: UNSACCO/RFP/006/2014)

United Nations SACCO Society Limited invites proposals for consultancy services for the formulation of organization policies and procedure manuals in order to comply with statutory requirements, enhance its operations and strengthen internal controls.

Suitable consultants are therefore invited to submit a proposal as per the Terms of Reference provided in the Request for Proposal (RFP) Document to be obtained from UNSACCO Ltd Offices, UN Complex, Gigiri during normal working days from 8th September 2014 between 9:00 and 3:00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of KShs. 1,000. Payment shall be made in Cash at the Unsacco Ltd Office.

The Proposal in plain sealed envelope should be clearly marked “REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE FORMULATION OF ORGANIZATION POLICIES AND PROCEDURE MANUALS – (REF NO: UNSACCO/RFP/006/2014)” and addressed to:

UN Complex, Gigiri,

P. O. Box 30552 - 00100 GPO,

NAIROBI      .

And deposited in the Tender Box located at the main gate to the UN-Gigiri Complex along United Nations Avenue on or before 25th September 2014 at 12.00 noon. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the Unsacco Board Room at the UN Complex in the presence of the consultants or their representatives who choose to attend. In order to gain entry into the UNSACCO Ltd Offices, UN Complex to pick the RFP Document or for opening of tenders an email MUST be sent 24hours in advance for booking purposes. Applications submitted later than the indicated closing date and time shall automatically be disqualified.
