INVITATION TO TENDER

The Commission on Administrative Justice (CAJ) is a Constitutional Commission established under article 59 (4) and Chapter fifteen of the Constitution, and the Commission on Administrative Justice Act, 2011.

The Commission invites tenders from eligible Tenderers for provision of the following services:

The tender documents detailing the requirements may be obtained from procurement unit, West End Towers, 2nd floor, Waiyaki Way-Westlands on working days between 9.00 am to 4.30 pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings One Thousand only (Kshs.1,000/=). Payment shall be made in cash at the Finance section on West End Towers, 2nd floor,Waiyaki Way-Westlands.

Completed Tender documents should be submitted in a plain sealed envelope indicating the “Tender Number and Tender Description” as described in the tender documents so as to be received on or before 29th September 2014 at 11.00am and addressed to:

Bids shall be opened immediately thereafter, at 11.00am in the Commission’s Boardroom on 2nd floor in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may wish to attend. Late tenders will not be accepted.
