TENDER NOTICE

PROVISION OF INSURANCE SERVICES FOR MOTOR VEHICLES CGU/T/07/2014/2015

The County Government of Uasin Gishu invites Sealed Tenders from reputable, competent and interested Insurance Companies for provision of insurance services for motor vehicles for the Financial Year 2014/2015.

Complete set of detailed tender documents may be obtained by interested bidders from the Head of Supply Chain Management Office Ground floor Room No.19 upon payment of a Non-refundable fee Kshs.1000 (one Thousand shillings only) per document, payable by CASH or CHEQUE to County Government of Uasin Gishu at the Cash office upon which official receipt will be issued for presentation to the Supply Chain Management Office for issuance of the tender document. A copy of the receipt should be a ached to the tender document upon submission.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

1.  Attach a copy of tax compliance certificate

2.  Attach copy of business registration certificate/ Certificate of Incorporation

3.  Copy of valid Business permit

4.  Company profile

5.  Provide tender security of Ksh 100,000 valid for 120 days after date of tender opening.

The criteria of evaluation of Bids, the description and scope of works shall be as described in the tender document.

Prices quoted should include all taxes and must be expressed in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from the date of tender opening.

Duly Completed bid documents should be returned in plain sealed envelopes bearing no mark or identification of the Bidder ONLY marked “Tender No.and Tender Name” and addressed to;

The Bid document should be deposited in the Tender Box at the Town Hall Ground floor not later than 25th September 2014 at 10.00am. Tenders will be opened immediately in the presence of the Bidders or their representatives who wish to witness the Opening Process
