Background
Since
2007, International Organization for Migration (IOM) has been assisting the
Somali authorities in strengthening immigration and border management in order
to promote safe and orderly migration and mitigate security threats. In
partnership with Departments of Immigration of the Federal Government of
Somalia, Puntland and Somaliland, IOM seeks to engage the services of a reputable
consultancy firm to conduct a comprehensive assessmentof the institutional
capacity of the Department of Immigration, particularly focusing on HR, Procurement
and Finance Management.
