EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

PROVISION OF TRANSACTION ADVISORY SERVICES FOR AN OFFSHORE LOADING AND OFFLOADING JETTY (SBM) AND TANK FARM – Ref. No. NOCK/PRC/03 (927)

National Oil Corporation of Kenya (National Oil) invites leading Kenyan and/or International firms with capabilities to develop and carry out Transaction Advisory Services for an Offshore Loading and Offloading Jetty – Single Buoy Mooring (SBM) as well as a modern large scale petroleum tank farm within the framework of Public Private Partnership (PPP). Interested firms shall submit Expressions of Interest giving briefs of their capabilities and proposed approaches.

The objective of this Expression of Interest is to shortlist eligible firms capable of carrying out Transaction Advisory Services for an Offshore Loading and Offloading Jetty – Single Buoy Mooring (SBM) as well as a modern large scale petroleum tank farm.

Each interested firm will be expected to give, among other requirements, a detailed methodology and proposed work plan of how the Transaction Advisory Services will be carried out to attain or supersede the project objectives.

Expressions of Interest (EOI) in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked “Expression of Interest for Provision of Transaction Advisory Services for the Mombasa Offshore Loading and Offloading Jetty (SBM) and Tank Farm – Ref.No. NOCK/PRC/03(927)” with the instructions “Do not open before 29th September 2014 at 1500hrs (East Africa Time)”, should be addressed to:

and deposited in the Tender Box located at AON Minet House, 5th Floor, Mamlaka Road, off Nyerere Road, Nairobi between 0800hrs and 1700hrs (East Africa Time), so as to be received on or before 29th September 2014 at 1500hrs (East Africa Time). Late submissions shall automatically be disqualified whatever the circumstances.

Expressions of Interest will be opened soon thereafter at National Oil Offices – Boardroom, 5th Floor, AON Minet House, Mamlaka Road, off Nyerere Road, Nairobi, in the presence of tenderers and/or their representatives who may wish to attend.

The EOI documents are not transferable.

National Oil reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders either in whole or in part.
