NOTICE PRE-QUALIFICATION & TENDER NOTICE – 2015/2016

Jhpiego, an affiliate of Johns Hopkins University, is an international NGO supporting healthprograms to improve the health of women and their families. Jhpiego-Kenya works in close collaboration with the Ministry of Health in the areas of HIV, Malaria, TB, Maternal, Newborn and Child Health, Reproductive Health and Family Planning. Jhpiego invites sealed bids from eligible firms for supply of the below listed items:

PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR GOODS AND SERVICES FOR THE YEARS 2015/2016

Jhpiego intends to update its register for suppliers for various goods and services for the period 2015-2016 in the following Jhpiego offices- Nairobi and APHIAPLUS Kamili offices located in Embu, Machakos and Nyeri. Interested firms are invited to apply for pre- qualification, indicating the category of goods, services they wish to be considered and the location.

Existing firms who are currently on board and wish to be retained must re-apply.

Interested firms may obtain Tender and/or Pre-qualification/Registration of suppliers’ documents from the Procurement office situated on 2nd Floor, Arlington Block, Riverside Drive, Nairobi, during working hours (8.00am-12.30pm and 2.00p.m- 4.00pm, Monday to Thursday & 8.00 am – 12.30pm on Fridays) or send an email request for a soft copy through KE-PROCUREMENT@jhpiego.org

Completed set of documents sealed in a plain envelope and clearly marked with the Tender Reference Number for Tenders or ‘PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR THE YEARS 2015-2016’ and indicating Category Number should be posted to the address given below or be dropped into the Tender Box situated at the reception.
