TENDER NAME: Supply and Delivery of Wall and Desk
Calendars for 2015
The Ministry of East
African Affairs, Commerce & Tourism invites sealed tenders from eligible
candidates for Supply and Delivery of Wall and Desk Calendars for 2015.
Interested eligible
candidates (Special Groups) may obtain further information from and inspect the
tender documents at the Supply Chain Office, 17th Floor Teleposta
Towers, and Door 1704 during normal working hours on payment of a
non-refundable fee of KShs 1,000 /- (One Thousand Only).
Prices quoted should
be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain
valid for 120 (One Hundred and Twenty) days from the closing date of the
tender.
Completed tender
documents accompanied by a copy of AGPO CERTIFICATE issued by the Na onal
Treasury, are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with
tender reference number and be deposited in the Tender Box at located on
17th Floor, Teleposta Towers and addressed to , Principal Secretary, Ministry
of East African Affairs, Commerce and Tourism so as to be received on or
before 29th September 2014 at 11.00 am East African Time.
Tenders will be
opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Candidates or their
representatives who choose to attend at the Conference Room, 18th Floor,
Teleposta Towers, Nairobi.
