TENDER NOTICE

Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology invites bids from competent tenderers for the following:

Detailed tender documents may be obtained from the Procurement Office, Main Campus, Bondo, during normal working hours from Monday to Friday between 8.00 a.m. and 5.00p.m. upon payment of a non-refundable fee of KSh1,000, payable at KCB Bondo Branch, JOOUST Deposit A/C No.1113046066 or downloaded free from the University website: www.jooust.ac.ke.

Duly completed tender documents (original and copy) in plain sealed envelope, clearly marked with tender name and number and bearing no identification of the bidder’s details, should be sent to:

Bondo, Kenya

or deposited in the Tender Box at the reception area, Administration Block, Main Campus in Bondo, so as to reach the University not later than 10.00 a.m. on 29th August, 2014.

Opening of the tender documents will be done immediately thereafter at the East Africa Community Integration Institute (EACII) in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who wish to attend.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in whole or in part and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any bid.
