REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Supply & Delivery of: Breathing Apparatus Filling Station/Sets, Fire & Suction Hose, Portable Fire Water Pump & AFFF 3% Foam Concentrate to the United Nations Mission in South Sudan

Closing Date for Receipt of EOI: Friday, 05 September 2014

1.       The United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan (UNMISS) hereby solicits Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent companies for the provision of the requirements stated herein.

2.       General Requirements:

a)      Breathing Apparatus Filling Station/Sets

b)      Fire & Suction Hose

c)       Portable Fire Water Pump

d)      AFFF 3% Foam Concentrate

3.       Conditions

a)      AS As a mandatory requirement for UNMISS, before submitting their EOI response, interested service providers are required to be fully registered as a supplier in the UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) using the link below: https://www.ungm.org/Public/Pages/RegistrationProcess up to LEVEL-1 (one) status. Submission should include final UNGM vendor registration or UMOJA Business Partner number NOT temporary registration number.

b)      Proof that the Institution is registered for this particular service in UNGM.

c)       UNMISS Procurement Section shall reject any EOI that does not contain the final UNGM vendor registration or UMOJA Business Partner number as it will be considered as non-responsive.

4.       Interested contractors are invited to submit their EOI by courier, email or hand as indicated below:

The EOI, clearly marked “Supply & Delivery of Breathing Apparatus Filling Station/Sets, Fire & Suction Hose, Portable Fire Water Pump & AFFF 3% Foam Concentrate to UNMISS”, must be received by UNMISS no later than COB of Friday, 05 September 2014, to the following addresses:
