Interested
eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect tender document
at AMREF KENYA office situated along Lang’ata Road, during working hours (8am –
12:30pm and 2pm – 4.30pm Monday to Friday).
A
complete set of tender documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment
of non-refundable fee of Kshs. 2,000.00. Payment should be deposited in
the following bank accounts and receipt presented to the Country Office:- Kenya
Commercial Bank, Account Name Amref Health Africa, Account No: 1111429243 or National Bank Of Kenya, Account Name: Amref Health Africa, Account No:
0102058235400.
NB:
Bidders who had purchased TENDER NO. AMREF/DANIDA SRHR HSPS III/12/04/2014,
will not pay for the tender documents.
Completed
tender documents are to be enclosed in a plain envelop, marked with the tender
reference number and the tender name and deposited in the big tender box
at AMREF KENYA office next to the main reception so as to be received on or
before 12pm, on 16th September 2014.
Prices
quoted must be net, in value of Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 60
days from the closing of the tender.
Tenders
will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their
representatives at the AMREF KENYA Conference room.
AMREF
KENYA reserves the right to accept/reject any tender in part or whole and is
not bound to give reasons for its decision.
The
tender document is to be deposited at the Tender Box at Amref Health Africa in
Kenya front office.
