NO. GDC/SC/OT/009/2014-15:
LEASE
OF STORAGE FACILITY IN NAKURU
The Geothermal Development Company Ltd intends to lease a
storage facility within Nakuru Town for a period of one (1) year. GDC invites
sealed proposals from owners of storage facilities located in Nakuru with the
following details:
1.
Must have a Go-down with minimum 10,000sq ft. of
storage area.
2.
The facility to be located in approved area for
such operations. Should not be more than 1.km radius from current GDC stores in
industrial area.
3.
Should be accessible, and adjacent to major
roads that can be accessed by heavy Commercial vehicles and wide load trucks.
4.
Must have services including water, electricity
(both single and three phase) and communication link must be available.
5.
The building and other structures must be in
good condition ready for immediate occupation. . All installations must be in
working condition.
6.
Must be enclosed with a perimeter wall and with
steel gates
7.
Proof of ownership and approvals from relevant
bodies certifying the facility good for
use/occupation
Proposals detailing the storage facility being offered,
lease terms and costs, pictures and designs of the same clearly labeled with
the tender reference and descriptions should be addressed to:

Riverside offices, Riverside Drive so as to be received on or before 2nd
September 2014.
