TENDER FOR
PROVISION OF SECURITY/GUARDING SERVICES

Save the
Children listens to children, involves children and ensures their views are
taken into account, in addition to securing and protecting their rights - to food,
shelter, healthcare, education and freedom from violence, abuse and exploitation.
Save the
Children International in Kenya has offices and guest houses in Turkana,
Bungoma, Mandera and Wajir Counties and the Capital office in Nairobi.
Interested
competent firms with offices in the aforementioned Counties in are invited to
submit their bids for provision Security/Guarding Services. The bids must
contain;
1. Certificate of Incorporation or Registration
Certificate.
2. KRA PIN Certificate.
3. KRA Tax Compliance Certificate.
4. Single Business Permit or evidence of offices
in the respective counties.
5. Three references from clients in the
Counties.
6. Audited financial statements and certified
bank account statements for the last two years.
7. KSIA Membership certificate.
8. Financial proposal detailing guard rates; day
and night in each of the counties, alarm back up rates for Nairobi (including
equipment installation).
Tenders to be
submitted in plain sealed envelopes marked “TENDER
FOR PROVISION OF SECURITY/GUARDING SERVICES” and deposited in the tender
boxes at the respective Save the Children International, offices in Turkana,
Bungoma, Mandera and Wajir and Nairobi Counties or before 10:00 am on 14th
August, 2014.
