JM Kariuki (Olkalou) District Hospital hereby invites tenders for supply and delivery of various listed items and services to the hospital for the financial year 2014- 2015 as and when required as follows:

5.  OLK/T/05/2014/2015  -  Supply and delivery of radiology materials

6.  OLK/T/06/2014/2015  -  Supply and delivery of dry ration

7.  OLK/T/07/2014/2015  -  Supply and delivery meat, eggs, milk and milk products

8.  OLK/T/08/2014/2015  -  Supply and delivery of medical gases  and LPG

9.  OLK/T/09/2014/2015  -  Supply and delivery of stationary

10.  OLK/T/10/2014/2015   -  Supply and delivery of printed medical stationery

11.  OLK/T/11/2014/2015  -  Supply and delivery of building , electrical and plumbing items

12.  OLK/T/12/2014/2015  -  Supply and delivery of firewood and charcoal

13.  OLK/T/13/2014/2015  -  Supply and delivery of petrol, oil and lubricants

CATEGORY B: PREQUALIFICATION

15.  OLK/T/15/2014/2015  -  Maintenance and servicing of motor vehicles

16.  OLK/T/16/2014/2015  -  Supply of hospital linen, uniform and materials

17.  OLK/T/17/2014/2015  -  Maintenance and servicing of medical equipments and plants

18.  OLK/T/18/2014/2015  -  Building works, electrical plumbing and other associated works

19.  OLK/T/19/2014/2015  -  provision of security services 

20.  OLK/T/20/2014/2015  -  Provision and management of internet services and local network (LAN)

21.  OLK/T/21/2014/2015  -  Supply and delivery of computers, printers and other related office                                                 equipment

CATEGORY C: RESERVATION FOR YOUTH, WOMEN AND PEOPLE WITH DISSABILITIES

22.   OLK/T/22/2014/2015  -  Supply and delivery vegetable and fruits

23.  OLK/T/23/2014/2015  -  Supply and delivery of stationery

24.  OLK/T/24/2014/2015  -  Supply and delivery of cleansing material and detergents

25.  OLK/T/25/2014/2015  -  Servicing and maintenance of computers, office machines                                                   telephone and furniture      

Tender documents with detailed specifications and conditions are obtainable from procurement department, JM Kariuki (Olkalou) District Hospital upon payment of non- refundable fee of KSH. 1000 (One Thousand) per set of documents in cash during normal working hours.

Prices quoted must be net, inclusive of all government taxes and must remain valid for 120 days from closing date. Complete tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked “Tender No...” Should be deposited into tender box situated at the Administration block or posted to:  The Medical Superintendent, JM Kariuki(Olkalou) District Hospital, PO Box 221 Olkalou

So as to reach him on or before 22^ndAugust 2014 at 10.00am .Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the boardroom JM Kariuki (Olkalou) 

District Hospital.
