INVITATION TO TENDER

TENDER FOR WAN CONNECTIVITY AND INTERNET SERVICE PROVISION

The National Council for Population and Development (NCPD) is a Semi-Autonomous Government Agency under the Ministry of Devolution and Planning whose mandate is to provide leadership in formulating, coordinating and implementing population and related policies and programs for improvement of the quality of life of Kenyans.

NCPD now invites tenders for WAN connectivity and Internet Service Provision. Tender documents may be obtained from Procurement Office -NCPD Headquarters, Room No. 440 on 4th Floor Chancery Building Valley Road, Nairobi during normal working hours or they can also be obtained from the Council’s website: www.ncpd-ke.org . A non-refundable fee of Ksh. 1, 000/= will be required per set of tender documents. Failure to pay the fees will lead to disqualification of the tender. Completed Tender Documents should be addressed, marked and submitted accompanied by a tender security delivered to:

Tenders will be opened immediately after closure on Tuesday, 9th September, 2014 at 2.00 p.m.at the NCPD Board Room, in the presence of tenderers or representatives who choose to attend the opening. Late tenders will not be accepted.
