PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR THE SUPPLY OF GOODS AND PROVISION OF SERVICES

Laikipia University invites interested eligible suppliers to apply for pre-qualification for the supply of goods and provision of services for Financial Year 2014/2015.

Category A: Prequalification for the Supply of Goods, Works and Services Open to General Public, including Youth, Women and Persons with Disability (PWD). The closing and opening date will be by Tuesday 2nd September 2014 at 12:00 noon

Category B: Tenders for Supply of Goods and Services reserved for Youth, Women and persons with disabilities (PWD). The closing and opening date will be by Tuesday 2nd September 2014 at 12:00 noon

Interested candidates may obtain further information and inspect the advertisement and Pre-qualification documents from the Procurement Office main Campus or they can be downloaded from the University website www.laikipia.ac.ke

Duly filled pre-qualification documents in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with tender number, tender description and bearing no indication of the applicant (original and one copy) should be deposited in the Tender Box provided at Procurement Office, Laikipia University Main Campus and be addressed to:

Bid documents shall be opened immediately thereafter at the University Boardroom in the presence of applicants or their representatives who choose to attend.
