The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) seeks expression of interest from suitably qualified companies for the Provision of Maintenance and Repair Services for various buildings and infrastructure in Gigiri, Nairobi.
The Maintenance and Repair Service will include the complete premises (buildings and site). Services will consist of, but are not limited to; operation & maintenance of plumbing, sanitation, sewerage, storm water and water distribution, building maintenance , alteration and renovation works and provision of workforce. All materials, consumables and equipment necessary to perform the task, as well as their placement/transportation to the site.
The Bidder should have minimum five (5) years of experience in the construction field and local representation; the office should be located in Nairobi. The Building and Civil Engineering Contractors should be registered with National Construction Authority (NCA) of Kenya in categories NCA1, NCA2 and NCA3.
Vendors interested in supplying the above services are invited to submit their Expression of Interest by visiting our website (http://www.unon.org/content/expressions-interest ), and filling out and returning the Vendor Response Form by e-mail or via fax to the contact person indicated in the EOI form, not later than 16 September 2014.
UNON subsequently intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to pre-qualified companies who in UNON’s opinion are capable to provide the services in accordance with the requirements that will be fully specified in the solicitation document.
