REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Provision of turnkey requirement for UPS 40 KVA 50 Hz,
Three Phase 400 Vac
Closing Date for Receipt of EOI: Friday, 29 August 2014

Description of the requirement:
1.    The United Nations Mission in the Republic of South Sudan (UNMISS) intends to contract the services of a competent service provider for the Provision of turnkey requirement for UPS 40 KVA 50 Hz, Three Phase 400 Vac.
2.    The requirement is inclusive of: Supply, delivery, installation, commissioning and training of UNMISS technical staff in Juba, South Sudan.
3.    Installation particulars: The UPS need to work in parallel, synchronized, 3 to 3 at location A. This means, 6 UPS will be installed in Location A. Three UPS will be connected in parallel and Location A will have two such sets. At location B, four UPS will be installed. Two UPS will be connected in parallel, synchronized and Location B will have two such sets.
4.    More details will be provided in the bid document.
5.    Conditions: Interested companies in delivering the turkey services are invited to submit their EOI by hand delivery or e-mail as indicated below. The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following documentation/information:
·         Company’s contact details (address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail, etc.);
·         Proof that the Institution has past experience and registration with UNGM.
·         Provide the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) registration number.
Any company that has not completed its registration with UNGM (https://www.ungm.org/Public/Pages/RegistrationProces ) is strongly encouraged to do so as any resultant award from this EOI is subject to the awardee being fully registered with UNGM and UMOJA.
>The EOI, clearly marked “Expression of Interest – Provision of turnkey requirement for UPS 40KVA 50 Hz, Three Phase 400 Vac” must be received by UNMISS no later than 1200 hours local time in South Sudan (GMT+3) on Friday, 29 August 2014, via e-mail to: hilowle@un.org , with copy to ngonyo@un.org , or hand delivery to the attention of Mr. Mohammed Hilowle, Procurement Section, UNMISS Compound, Office #: 3C/02, Tomping Site, Juba, Republic of South Sudan.

Thus, submitting a response to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.
