The National Cereals and Produce Board invites sealed applications from interested and eligible suppliers for goods, works and services tabulated hereafter for the sole purpose of pre-qualification for a period ending 30th June, 2015.

Completed pre-qualification application document in plain sealed envelope bearing the description and number of the category should be addressed to;

and physically deposited in the tender box situated by the reception area at NCPB Headquarters, so as to be received on or before 27th August 2014 at 12.00 noon. The opening of the Applications shall be conducted immediately thereafter in the NCPB Boardroom (Door 104) in the presence of applicants or their representatives who wish to attend.

Application document(s) submitted later than this time shall automatically be disqualified.

Canvassing in any form shall lead to automatic disqualification.
