TENDER NOTICE

The Lutheran World Federation Department for World Service (LWF/DWS) Kenya Djibouti Programme is implementing an education program under the UNHCR mandate in Ali–Addeh and Holl- Holl refugees’’ camps in Djibouti. LWF is seeking to engage certified providers with the Ministry of Education Djibouti or Ministry of Education Kenya to provide a recognized / licensed virtual lab program and accompanying micro science kits that is within the ministry of Education standards of teaching sciences to secondary schools.

Interested and suitably qualified service providers may submit their proposal documents in sealed envelopes clearly marked “LWF/VIRTUAL LAB/DDJ/1/2014”

The TOR and any other additional information for the above will be available at a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000.00. The bid documents are to be picked from the LWF Nairobi office.

·          Offers must be dropped in the tender box at the LWF/DWS main reception as per the address above.

·          Closing date of receiving bids is Wednesday 3rd September 2014 by 4.00pm. No bid will be received after this date and time.

LWF Kenya is under no obligation to accept any bid (s) and may accept or decline them in whole or part without giving any reason whatsoever.

Any form of canvassing shall lead to disqualification of the bid.
