N/B: Bid Security for each tender is
Kshs. 100,000/= and should be either in form of bankers cheque, or approved insurance
company and shall be valid for One Hundred and Fifty (150) days
Requirements
1
Must
meet all the conditions as set out in the tender document
2
Must
have proven record of previous experience in supply and installation of similar
items
3
The
manufacturer Must be ISO 9001 certified
4
Must
be either the Manufacturer or dully appointed agent of a reputable manufacturer
Tenderer’s
may obtain tender
documents from procurement
office, State Department of
Livestock – Department

upon payment of
Kshs. 1000/= per tender in cash office
(kilimo), payable to the Accounting Officer, State Department of Livestock during
normal working hours.
Duly
completed tender documents should be marked with the respective tender number
and item description and be deposited in the tender box marked State Department
of Livestock Tender Box ,situated at the main reception of Kilimo House , or be
addressed and posted to;

Tenders will
be opened immediately after the closing date/time in presence of the tenderer’s
