INVITATION TO TENDER FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES

The County Government intends to undertake various Consultancy Services for development projects within Kisii town.

	TENDER NO	CONSULTANCY SERVICES
1	KCG/CONS/03/2014-2015	Consultancy services for carrying out survey works, detailed design, preparation of bill of quantities and operations and maintenance manuals for Storm water drainage, road improvement and security lighting in Kisii Town.
2	KCG/CONS/04/2014-2015	Consultancy service for carrying out detailed design, preparation of bill of quantities for Daraja Mbili Market which will be a hub of business enterprises.

Tenders are therefore invited from interested and eligible Engineering Consulting Firms to carry out the above consultancies.

Interested bidders must attach the following mandatory requirements;

1.       Certificate of Registration/Incorporation

2.       Valid copy of TAX Compliance Certificate

3.       Copy of VAT AND PIN Certificate

4.       Certified proof of current registration from BORAQS,ERB (EBK)

5.       Relevant experience in similar works

6.       Advocacy of proposal methodology and works plans responding to the Terms of Reference.

7.       Key Professional staff qualifications and competence for the assignment.

A complete set of Tender Documents may be obtained by interested eligible bidders from the County Procurement Office at the County Treasury, Block A upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs 1,000 per set of Tender Documents payable to Kisii County Government: BANK NAME: KCB ACCOUNT NO: 1140758519 BRANCH: KISII BRANCH

Prices quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes and must be expressed in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 60 days from the Tender closing date.

Completed Tender Documents shall be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the Tender Name and Tender Number addressed to the undersigned and/or be deposited in the Tender Box located at BLOCK A (County Procurement Office) so as to be received on or before WEDNESDAY, 3rd SEPTEMBER 2014, at 10.00 am. Opening of the Tenders will take place immediately thereafter at the conference hall (BLOCK A) in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
