Interested eligible bidders should note that only those who meet the criteria indicated below and have minimum supportive relevant documents at submission will be considered for further evaluation.

1. The Bid Bond must be in the form of Bank Guarantee from a reputable Bank or insurance companies approved by Public Procurement Oversight Authority (PPOA).

2. Litigation history of the company (both court and arbitration cases).

3. A valid Tax Compliance Certificate.

4. Pin Certificate

5. Certificate of Registration.

6. Youth, Women and Persons with Disability within UasinGishu County must provide certificates indicating the category.

7. Duly filled &signed Form of T ender.

8. Samples MUST be provided for Uniforms and Protective Clothing and Water Meters.

9. Mandatory Site visit requirement on 08th August, 2014 from 10.00am at ELDOWAS HQ for those who apply for Provision of Security services, cleaning services, modification of waste water sump Channel, Supply and Delivery of waste water pumps and flow rate meters. Those who had attended the site visit previously are exempted.

10. Samples for Polyamines shall be tested on 8th August, 2014 from 10.00am at Sosiani Treatment works and certificates will be issued.

11. Bidders must paginate all their documents and initial each page.

Interested and eligible bidders may inspect and obtain tender Document from Procurement Department upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ksh. 1,000 payable in cash or Bankers Cheque to Eldoret Water and Sanitation Company between 0800hrsto 1300hrs& 1400hrs-1600hrs Monday to Friday. Bidders who had bought the documents earlier will be given new bid documents free of charge.

Completed Bid Documents enclosed  in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with reference  Number and Name  be deposited in the Tender Box located at Company’s Head Office Without identifying the sender or be placed in the Tender box at Procurement Department not later than  15^TH August, 2014 at 12.00pm. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter at the Company Boardroom In the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend. Tenders should be addressed to:
