TENDER ADDENDUM No. 3: CLARIFICATIONS

Further to the Tender Addendum No. 2 which was published in various local daily newspapers on 24thJuly 2014, the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure hereby reminds all prospective Applicants that an Addendum No.3 comprising responses to tender queries and requests for clarification received, together with the list of roads in various lots and the respective financial qualification thresholds for each lot have been placed online at the respective websites of Authorities below.

There will be a Pre-Application conference to be held on Monday, 4^thAugust 2014 at the Panafric Hotel, Valley Road, Nairobi starting from 09:00 am Local Time. Minutes of deliberation at the conference shall also be placed online at the websites below. Non-attendance of the conference shall not be cause for disqualification of an Applicant.
