NATIONAL CEREALS AND PRODUCE BOARD TENDERS

National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB) invites tenders from interested and reputable suppliers to participate in the following tenders:-

Tender documents with further detailed information may be obtained from the office of the Procurement Manager during normal working hours upon payment of non-refundable fees ofKshs. 1,000.00 (Kshs. One thousand only) per  set in cash or  a banker’s cheque drawn in favour of National Cereals and Produce Board at NCPB Headquarters cash office in NafakaHouse, Industrial Area between 9.00 am and 3.00 pm  or viewed and downloaded from the Board’s website: www.ncpb.co.ke.  Bidders who opt to download the tender document shall not be required to pay the aforementioned tender fee but shall immediately send/e-mail their names and contact details to be included in the Tender Register to the following addresses:-

Interested eligible bidders may peruse the tender document free of charge at Procurement Manager’s office, during normal office working hours, before purchasing their own set.

Completed tender documents shall be sealed and marked as stated in the tender document, addressed to:-

and physically deposited in the tender box situated in Nafaka House, Ground floor, by the Reception Area so as to be received not later than 18^thAugust, 2014 at 12.00 noon.

Tenders shall be opened soon thereafter in the NCPB Boardroom 1st Floor Room 104 in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.

Any form of canvassing shall lead to automatic disqualification
