Interested
and eligible candidates may obtain prequalification document free of charge
from the office of Head of Supply Chain Management, Governor’s office, 1stfloor,
during normal working hours. Completed pre-qualification documents in plain
sealed envelopes clearly marked with the respective tender reference, category
and item description only should be addressed to:

A single
application is required per category. Those interested in more than one
category should submit a separate application per category and should not
exceed three categories. Completed tender documents should be deposited in the
tender Box located at the main reception, Governor’s Office, so as to reach on
or before 8thAugust 2014 at
10.30 am.
Tenders will
be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders or their
representatives who choose to attend at the County Boardroom, office of the
Governor.
Business
enterprises owned by youth, women and persons with disabilities will be given
preference under Legal Notice No.114 of 2013 and are encouraged to apply. They
must show proof of registration with national or county treasury. Those within
the County and are not yet registered may visit the Country Treasury, Busia
County with relevant documents for prequalification and registration.
